Part 1 - Introduction to A Course in Miracles

In this section, I provide an overview of the key concepts of A Course in Miracles, which will arm you with the basic knowledge necessary to understand the practical advice and exercises given in part 3. This should not be considered as a substitute for reading the Course and practicing the exercises in the Workbook.

Note: The Course presents fairly unconventional ideas that may make some people uncomfortable since they go against what they have been brought up to believe. There have therefore been different interpretations and misunderstandings of the Course. Some Course teachers choose (purposely or because of their own unconscious fears) to present a watered-down version of the Course, which may be easier to accept for the average person, but misses some of the critical aspects that are essential for the correct application of its principles. I follow a stricter, uncompromising interpretation of the Course, based on the teachings of Ken Wapnick, the main original editor of the Course.
