Chapter 10 - Back to School!
It is very tempting to spend our lives as if we were in jail. Indeed, this is the way most people live. They go about their day as if locked up in a giant prison called the world, from which there is no escape and where they are constantly tormented by other "inmates". Everybody is "out to get them", and every negative experience is just a reinforcement of their status of victim.
Another way to look at the world is as a school where you see every event that happens to you (good or bad) as an opportunity to learn a new lesson, and therefore as an opportunity to heal and release a "chunk" of repressed guilt. The world was created to keep us separated and reinforce our guilt. But, by seeing it as a school, we can turn the tables on the ego and use the world to learn forgiveness lessons and undo our guilt.
In this chapter, I will discuss the idea of viewing the world as a school and show you how you can apply it to your daily life. Hypnotherapy exercises will help you put these concepts into practice and accept them at an unconscious level of mind.
