Chapter 7 - Methods of Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is an expansive field incorporating a wide variety of techniques. The skilled therapist will have many of these techniques at his disposal and will employ those most suited to his client's needs and personality type.
Broadly speaking, hypnotherapy techniques can be separated into two main types: suggestion and analytical. An overview of the main techniques in each category follows. We will apply a lot of these techniques to the Course's teachings in
part 3.
