Chapter 16 - Whose Life Is It Anyway?

In Chapter 7, I described Past Life Regression, the process used to take someone back to explore previous lives under hypnosis.

In this chapter, we will review this therapeutic technique briefly, and discuss how it can be applied in the context of A Course in Miracles. Note that the Course does not directly discuss re-incarnation, but it is implied in that it states the Course saves "a thousand years of time as the world judges it".

We will also see how we identify with our current persona and how to get past the fear of losing it. This is indeed a crucial step to any spiritual progress, as the resistance to the idea of losing one's identity is the major obstacle to accepting our "return" to the Oneness of God.
